The Il Vigneto Residence is located in Via Panoramica in the Barbé district and offers a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The complex is surrounded by green areas and is located approximately 2 km from Oggebbio and the lake.

Facilities

The 27 apartments in the Residence are stylishly furnished and offer a high level of comfort. The complex features a swimming pool for adults and a children's pool (approx. May to September), including umbrellas, sun loungers, and bath towels. There is also a private beach on the lake. Various boats and mountain bikes can also be rented there for a fee.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments (A12, approx. 40 m²) are equipped with a bathroom or shower/WC, kitchenette, satellite TV, and a safe. There is also a sofa bed for 2 children.

1 Bedroom Apartment Type B

Similar to the 1-bedroom apartments but larger (A1B, approx. 65 m²).

2 Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the A12, these apartments have an additional bedroom and are generally more spacious (A22, approx. 70 m²).
