The modern furnished studios (S12, approx. 35 m²) consist of a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, dishwasher), satellite TV (approx. 2 German-language programs), telephone, safe, air conditioning/heating (partially for a fee), bath or shower/WC and balcony or terrace with partial or direct lake view.

1 Bedroom Apartment
