Location

The hotel is situated in the middle of the charming coastal landscape of Calabria and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The expansive sandy and pebble beach is easily reachable on foot through a shaded pine forest. The town center of Villapiana is approximately 1 km away, while the lively town of Trebisacce, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, can be reached after about 10 km. The Maritim Resort Calabria offers generous facilities, including a reception and lobby, complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas, and various bars, including a beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, sports bar, La-Secca bar, and a disco bar. For culinary offerings, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and a "Pizzeria Gourmet" (also for a fee) with a terrace and relaxation area are available. In the outdoor area, a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool invite guests to relax. The amenities are complemented by a spa area as well as a hotel-exclusive beach section, where sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge.

Double room

The comfortably furnished double rooms (D) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, and air conditioning for up to two people. For relaxing hours outdoors, a balcony is also available. For an additional charge, the rooms can also be booked with a beautiful pool view (PD). Additionally, double rooms for single occupancy (DE), also optionally available with a pool view (PDE) for an additional charge, are available.
All standard and superior rooms feature a connecting door, which can be opened upon request.

Double room Superior

With the same high-quality furnishings as the double rooms, these rooms offer even more space for a particularly comfortable stay for up to 3 people (DSU). For a special ambiance, they can also be booked with a pool view (DSP).

Family room Superior

The superior family rooms (F2U) consist of two double rooms (one of which is superior) with a connecting door, featuring the same comfortable amenities, and thus offer plenty of space for families or guests traveling together, accommodating up to 5 people (max. 4 adults). For an additional charge, these can also be booked with a pool view (FP2).

Junior suite

The stylish junior suites (JS2), with the same high-quality furnishings as the double rooms, offer a maximum level of comfort and living quality for up to 4 people. The heart of the facility is the 608 m² spa wet area with a steam bath, three saunas with different temperatures, an ice grotto, a Kneipp path, as well as a whirlpool with a heated relaxation area. Two experience showers with four-phase functions and an ice waterfall provide refreshing moments. The offer is complemented by a stylish relaxation zone with a herbal tea corner.
For individual treatments, eight modern treatment cabins are available for massages, body and face treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures. A special highlight is the exclusive spa suite with a whirlpool (for a fee), sauna, hamam area, three-stage experience path, and relaxation and massage loungers – the perfect retreat for relaxing hours filled with well-being. All facilities and treatments are for a fee.

Entertainment

Varied leisure and entertainment options ensure diverse holiday days. A modern theater/cinema with an LED wall invites guests to entertaining performances and film screenings.
