Location

Situated in a magnificent panoramic position at an altitude between 101 and 500 m, the resort offers ideal conditions for peace and relaxation. The town centre is approx. 700 m away, and Lake Garda can be reached after approx. 7 km. Limone is approx. 18 km away and Gargnano is approx. 10 km away. A bus stop is located less than 1 km away.

Facilities

The residence features 60 rooms and 87 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a bar, a lounge with free Wi-Fi, a TV room, a sun terrace with bar service, and washing machines (for a fee). Located in a panoramic position next to the swimming pools is the Pizzeria & Bar restaurant, which features both indoor seating and a terrace with views of Lake Garda. Guests have access to a swimming pool (approx. 15 x 7 m) with a separate children's pool (open approx. mid-May to mid-September), a garden with sun loungers and parasols, as well as an indoor pool (approx. 10 x 5 m, open until mid-May and from mid-September onwards). Parking is included. A secure motorcycle parking area can be used upon request for a fee.
