The hotel is located approx. 100 m from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the old town. The hotel is situated on a main road (Viale Rovereto) and there is a public bus stop directly opposite.

The hotel has 75 rooms spread over 3 floors, as well as a reception area with a lounge, a restaurant, an indoor bar, a garden bar, a new and modern TV/lounge room, free Wi-Fi, an elevator, and storage for bicycles and surfboards. There is also a lovely garden with palm trees, sun loungers, and an additional pool bar (June-August). The hotel's outdoor swimming pool (7x12 m) is open from approximately May to September.
