The complex is quietly located directly on the Paradiso golf course. The beach, lake, and the center of Peschiera are approximately 2 km away. Free shuttle to Peschiera (schedule at reception and from March to October).

Amenities include 47 apartments, Wi-Fi (included in common areas and pool area), coin-operated washing machine and dryer, mini-market in the neighboring Eden complex, a restaurant "Il Pirlàr", sports/wellness facilities and a bar, all of which can be used at the adjacent Active Hotels Paradiso & Golf. The complex has its own garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas available free of charge.

All apartments have a bathroom with WC and shower, satellite TV, safe (deposit required), refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, dining area, heating/air conditioning (at the management's discretion), and a balcony or terrace.

2-Bedroom Apartment Trilo

These apartments have the same amenities as the Bilo apartments but with 2 bedrooms.

Studio Mono (1 room)

These studios have the same amenities as the apartments but consist of only one room.
