Residence Barbara offers 43 apartments in several two-story buildings. The beautifully landscaped garden area features a barbecue spot and is ideal for relaxing. The complex also has a swimming pool with a small waterfall and a separate children's pool, a pool bar, the restaurant "Primera" just a few steps away serving delicious family-friendly dishes, a laundry room (coin-operated washing machine), and Wi-Fi in public areas and on the terraces or balconies of the apartments (included). Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool can be used for a fee (approx. €10/week). A supermarket is located in the adjacent Residence Primera.

The apartment is approx. 29 sq m. It features a living/sleeping area. Equipped with a double sofa, a kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, German filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining area, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), shower and toilet, air conditioning/heating, sun loungers and umbrella, and is located on the 1st floor.

2-room apartment

The apartment is approx. 44 sq m. It features a living room and a double bedroom. Equipped with a double sofa, a kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, German filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining area, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), shower and toilet, air conditioning/heating, sun loungers and umbrella. Available either on the ground floor with a terrace and garden (AB2) or on the first floor with a balcony (AA2).
