The family-run hotel is located in a quiet hillside position amidst a well-kept park above Limone. The beach is just approx. 250 m away, while the picturesque town center with its numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants can be reached after about 400 m. Both are accessible via stairs. The idyllic surroundings make the hotel an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays at Lake Garda.

The family-run complex has a total of 25 rooms distributed across two adjacent buildings connected underground. Indoors, guests can expect a reception, a cozy reading room, a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, and a bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. A wellness area and beauty center provide additional moments of relaxation. Outdoors, the sprawling botanical gardens delight with their waterfalls and the "Natura Vita Percorso," a nature trail with a viewpoint and magnificent panoramic vistas. Amidst this well-maintained parkland, the swimming pool with sun loungers and sunshades invites guests to relax and can be used daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The approx. 20 m² Double Rooms Classic (DKA) are decorated in a modern, elegant, and comfortable style. All rooms also have a balcony or terrace. The Double Rooms Comfort (DKA) are only bookable for the 2026 season and feature a balcony, with otherwise identical amenities.

The approx. 40 m² Double Rooms Gardenia Luxury (DB) present themselves in a modern and elegant style following renovation and offer plenty of space for a restful holiday. Comfortable amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, and heating. The balcony with a magnificent lake view invites you to linger and highlights the exclusive ambiance of these spacious rooms.

Double Room Panoramic Luxury

The approx. 40 m² Double Rooms Panoramic Luxury (DPL) (available from 2027) were renovated in 2026 and combine modern design with elegant living comfort. Located in the main building, the rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, electric kettle, and an espresso machine. Air conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant room climate all year round. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the lake. Guests in this room category also have access to an exclusive communal terrace with sun loungers. The rooms are equipped with a non-separable double bed.

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

The extensive breakfast buffet with homemade baked goods and selected quality products ensures a delightful start to the day. In the evening, guests are treated to a selection of three starters, appetizer fantasies, and a salad buffet, followed by a choice of one of three main courses and a dessert. The hotel places special emphasis on high-quality cuisine and the quality of the ingredients used.

Sun loungers are available not only by the swimming pool but also in the spacious, well-maintained park around the hotel, offering ideal conditions for restful hours surrounded by nature.
