The residence enjoys a beautiful panoramic location, easy to reach and about 2.5 km from the center of Garda. It is the optimal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area for the whole family. Shops, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is only about 2 km away.

The Residence Panorama was renovated in 2023 and now offers its guests 25 modern apartments, a reception, restaurants, a café, a snack bar, lounges, a small garden, and parking. There is also an outdoor pool with sun loungers as part of the residence's facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available.
