Location

Quietly located on the outskirts of town, the hotel is separated from Lake Como only by the lakeside road, with a large private lakefront property belonging to the hotel complex.

Facilities

The elegant hotel consists of a stylish main building and the luxuriously renovated Villa Imperiale and features a total of 121 rooms, reception, "La Cascata" dining room with garden, "Imperialino" à la carte restaurant with a terrace on the lakefront property accessible directly from the hotel via an underpass, lounges, and an elevator. Garage parking spaces (for a fee of approx. €20, subject to availability) and parking spaces (for a fee).

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 18-20 sqm) are equipped with a telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), minibar, safe, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Bath or shower/toilet. The rooms face the garden or mountainside.

Superior double room

In addition to the standard amenities, the Superior rooms (EXD) feature a balcony and a lake view.

Deluxe double room

The Deluxe rooms (DD2) are located in the main building with otherwise identical amenities and feature a balcony with a magnificent view of the old town. (Daily access to the spa included)
