The Oktober Downtown Boutique Hotel, situated just outside the center of Rhodes Town, is a modern property located in the immediate vicinity of numerous shops, restaurants, and sights. The airport (RHO) is approx. 17 km away.

The 4-story city hotel features 47 modern and brightly furnished rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 3 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.), a lobby with a bar, 2 elevators, air conditioning, and a safe (free of charge). Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
