Location

The "Costa Lindia Blue Star Resort & Spa", part of the well-known Costa Lindia Beach Resort & Spa, is located on the southeast side of the island of Rhodes, in the Lardos region. The Costa Lindia Blue Star is exclusively for adults aged 16 and over. A pedestrian underpass provides easy access to the main hotel, Costa Lindia Beach, and the beautiful Lardos beach (sand with pebbles). In the immediate vicinity, you will find several taverns, cafes, small supermarkets, and a sports bar. The village of Lardos, with some traditional taverns and restaurants, is about 1.5 km away. The idyllic town of Lindos, with its picturesque alleys, beautiful bays, and famous sights (e.g., the Acropolis), can be reached in approx. 6 km. A local bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. The distance to the airport is about 60 km.

The adults-only Costa Lindia Blue Star Resort & Spa is part of the well-known Costa Lindia Beach Resort & Spa and is a Schauinsland-Reisen Original. The Costa Lindia Blue Star features 130 modern rooms spread across several small buildings with up to 4 floors. Two freshwater pools, four whirlpools, and their corresponding pool bars are surrounded by new and comfortable sun loungers, hammocks, hanging chairs, seating areas, canopy beds, and daybeds, as well as shade-providing sun umbrellas, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. In the evening, the bar turns into a cozy lounge with candlelight and bar service, where you can end your day in a relaxed atmosphere. Pool towels are provided free of charge. The new, modern buffet restaurant "Nireas," exclusively for Blue Star guests, treats you to breakfast as well as tasty dishes at lunch and dinner. Many delicacies are freshly prepared for you at show-cooking stations. At every meal, you can also look forward to a corner with regional Greek specialties. On the beach of Costa Lindia Beach, a separate area with comfortable loungers and umbrellas is available to Blue Star guests, subject to availability. To use the exclusive areas, wearing a wristband is mandatory. All public facilities of the main hotel, Costa Lindia Beach, can also be used, including a spacious, beautifully landscaped swimming pool complex, 4 bars, and a small minimarket. For culinary enjoyment, guests also have access to a buffet restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with theme nights, a beach restaurant with pizza and snacks during the day, and 3 à-la-carte restaurants for dinner (with reservation). High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Modernized in summer 2024, the Superior Double Rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, vanity mirror and toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV with HDMI connection, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge (replenished daily with 2 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 beers, and one 1L water bottle included), coffee and tea-making facilities with daily replenishment, espresso machine with 2 capsules per day, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DSU/DSB).
Depending on the room location, these rooms feature a semi-open bathroom.
Also available for single occupancy (DSE/UB1/ZSE/DAE) or as a Superior economy room (2US).

Superior Double Room Outdoor Whirlpool

Modernized in summer 2024, the Superior Double Room Outdoor Whirlpool is located on the ground floor and is a Schauinsland-Reisen Original. These rooms feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, vanity mirror and toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV with HDMI connection, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge (replenished daily with 2 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 beers, and one 1L water bottle included), coffee and tea-making facilities with daily replenishment, and an espresso machine with 2 capsules per day. The furnished and newly designed terrace with visual screening and an outdoor whirlpool invites you to relax in the evening (G2J).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for mindful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Superior Double Room Swim Up

The Superior Double Room Swim Up rooms are located on the lower floor, directly by the "Delphinia" pool. They feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, vanity mirror and toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV with HDMI connection, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge (replenished daily with 2 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 beers, and one 1L water bottle included), coffee and tea-making facilities with daily replenishment, and an espresso machine with 2 capsules per day. The furnished terrace with additional sun loungers and a sun umbrella offers direct access to the sharing pool (DWP/YU2).

The Whirlpool Suites consist of a living/bedroom with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom. They feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, vanity mirror and toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, 2x 50" Smart TV with HDMI connection, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge (replenished daily with 2 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 beers, and one 1L water bottle included), coffee and tea-making facilities with daily replenishment, and an espresso machine with 2 capsules per day. The balcony offers a whirlpool and a daybed with a mattress or 2 comfortable loungers with mattresses, as well as a sea view (S2J).

Exclusively for guests of "Costa Lindia Blue Star", two pool/snack bars are available. Here you can get cold snacks as well as a selection of local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from 9 am to midnight. In addition, the exclusive buffet restaurant "Nireas" with live cooking stations at the Costa Lindia Blue Star offers a rich breakfast from 7-11 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9:30 pm. Furthermore, the following all-inclusive services are available at the main hotel, Costa Lindia Beach: early bird breakfast (5-7 am) with coffee and pastries. Breakfast (7-11 am), lunch buffet (12:30-2:30 pm), dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) at rich and varied buffets with international and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a midnight buffet from 9:30 pm to midnight. Dinner is optionally available after prior reservation in one of the 3 à-la-carte restaurants at Costa Lindia Beach. At the beach restaurant "La Piazza", our guests can enjoy a selection of cold and hot snacks as well as various types of ice cream from 11 am to 5 pm. Furthermore, fresh pasta is prepared at a live cooking station and oven-fresh pizza is offered. Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as coffee specialties and tea are also available at the respective open bar at Costa Lindia Beach from 9 am to midnight. All bars in both sister hotels offer a varied selection of cocktails as well as 3 different types of international alcoholic drinks (whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, tequila), brandy, aperitifs (Aperol, Campari, Lillet, etc.), and liqueurs with included bar service directly to the pool or beach lounger. In all restaurants and bars of both sister hotels, drinks are served at your table. In the à-la-carte restaurants, there is a select house wine list, at no extra charge.
Proper attire is requested for dinner.

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room, effective from January 1, 2025.
