Location

Directly on the beautiful, secluded sandy/pebble beach awarded the Blue Flag, and situated in vast, unspoiled nature. The traditional village of Lahania is about 5 km inland, and the town of Gennadi is around 12 km away. Prassonissi, the southern tip of the island, is about 18 km away. The hotel, part of the Atrium chain, impresses with excellent service and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The airport is about 77 km away. The nearest bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

This beautiful hotel complex with 250 rooms, of a high standard, features a main building with a breathtaking view of the sea. Small bungalow-style buildings and villas are spread throughout the extensive grounds. The main building offers a spacious lobby with a reception (24h), Wi-Fi (included), main bar "Kalithea", "Aegean" main restaurant with an open terrace, panoramic elevator, various lounges, and a shopping arcade with a supermarket, boutique, and jeweler. The hotel also offers five à la carte restaurants (Italian "Prestigio", Greek "Lachania", BBQ "Grill Corner", Mediterranean gourmet restaurant "Thalassa", and Asian gourmet restaurant "Asia") and the beach bar "Akteon". The garden area is dominated by a large swimming pool and a pool bar. Within the complex, there is another quiet pool with an island and chapel, as well as a separate heated pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. With the Atrium Concierge App, guests enjoy effortless luxury and can order food and drinks directly to their loungers on the beach or by the pool (further details in Hotel Services).

The rooms, decorated in Mediterranean style, feature a bathroom/WC with a whirlpool, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, slippers, seating area, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, tea/coffee maker, Nespresso machine (4 capsules/day included), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (DD2).

Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool and Sea View

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View, these rooms feature a private pool, a veranda with sun loungers, and sea views (DDP).

Prestige Bungalow with Sea View

These bungalows have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, are more spacious, feature a terrace, and are located in the bungalows (B2A).

Deluxe Junior Suite

These suites have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are more spacious with a living area and a separate shower in the bathroom (J2D).

These suites have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and consist of one bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area with a balcony or terrace with sea view (FDM).

Superior Suite Sea View

These suites have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and consist of a combined living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (SUM).

Rich breakfast buffet from 7 am to 11 am in the main restaurant "Aegean".

Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet from 7 am to 11 am and dinner from 7 pm to 9:30 pm in the main restaurant "Aegean". À la carte dishes are also available for dinner. Optionally, lunch can be taken instead of dinner from 12:30 pm to 3 pm.
Smart attire is requested for dinner.

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

Breakfast (7-11 am), lunch (12:30-3 pm), and dinner (7-9:30 pm) served buffet style in the main restaurant "Aegean". Early bird breakfast from 6:30 am to 7 am upon request (at least 1 day in advance).
Snacks are available during the day at the main bar "Kalithea" (10 am-1 am), the pool bar "H2O" (11 am-6 pm), and the beach bar "Akteon" (11 am-6 pm).
Lunch is also available as an option at the BBQ à la carte restaurant "Grill Corner" (12 pm-5 pm), the Greek à la carte restaurant "Lachania" (12 pm-11 pm), the Italian à la carte restaurant "Prestigio" (12 pm-11 pm), or the Mediterranean gourmet restaurant "Thalassa" (12:30 pm-11 pm) (reservations required at least 1 day in advance for all).
Dinner is also available as an option at the Mediterranean gourmet restaurant "Thalassa" (12:30 pm-11 pm) or the Asian gourmet à la carte restaurant "Asia" (7 pm-11 pm) (reservations required at least 1 day in advance for both).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as water, soft drinks, beer, coffee, cocktails, spirits, and wine, are included from 10 am to midnight at the open bars.
The in-room minibar is also included (replenished daily), and guests receive free entry to the spa area.

Information regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
