Location

Since summer 2025, this popular holiday hotel has been part of the renowned Paralos hotel chain, impressing guests with its ideal location and proximity to Kolymbia. The enchanting beach directly in front of the hotel is lapped by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Mediterranean, while the endless horizon captivates the eye and inspires the imagination for an unforgettable holiday experience. Swim shoes are recommended for the pebble/sand beach. Some shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance in the nearby area of Kolymbia village. Here you will find bars, tavernas, and entertainment options. We recommend a rental car to explore the island. It is approx. 25 km to Rhodes Town with its many attractions and the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and about 28 km to the airport. The famous Tsambika Beach is approx. 29 km away.

The Paralos Rodos Lifestyle hotel, bookable for guests aged 6 and over, offers short distances, a quiet yet central location, and good service. It consists of a main building and two annexes, featuring a total of 165 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant renovated in summer 2025 with a cozy terrace, a Greek à la carte restaurant, two bars, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The outdoor area features a well-kept garden and a pool surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers, lounge furniture, gazebos, and seat cushions, as well as parasols (all included), and a newly designed pool/snack bar. Parasols and loungers are also available free of charge at the beach. Bath towels are included (changed 3x per week).

The Superior Double Rooms, last renovated in 2022, feature a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the garden (DSU).
Optionally also available with sea view, with a double bed or twin beds (DMU).

Panorama Sea View Double Room

With an identical base layout to the Superior Double Rooms, these were also last renovated in 2022 and offer a double bed as well as a balcony or terrace with a magnificent panoramic sea view (2RA).

Premium Deluxe Double Room

The double rooms, expected to be renovated in 80's style for summer 2026, feature a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the garden (DD2).
Optionally available as a Premium Deluxe Double Room with partial sea view (DDS/ID2), last renovated in 80's style in 2025, or with partial sea view for single occupancy (EDD).

Premium Deluxe Sea View Double Room

Also last renovated in 80's style in 2025, these rooms have the same basic amenities as the Premium Deluxe Double Rooms but are slightly more spacious, feature either a double bed or twin beds, a small seating area, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (P2M/MDI).
Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DEM) or as a double room with frontal sea view (L2B)./MDI

Double Room with Private Pool

The comfortable double rooms located on the ground floor offer a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and direct access to a spacious veranda furnished with sun loungers and a private pool (PPZ).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Swim Up Sea View Double Room

The double rooms, last renovated in 2022, offer a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a veranda furnished with sun loungers and direct access to a sharing pool (DWS).
Optionally also bookable as Deluxe Seafront Swim Up Sea View Double Room in the 1st row (DUM).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Lifestyle Junior Suite Sea View

The Lifestyle Junior Suites have been freshly renovated in 80's style since 2025, are generously furnished, and feature a seating area with sofa bed, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea view (E2J).

Breakfast from 7:30-10:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9 pm, all buffet style. During meals, beer, local wine, water, juices, and soft drinks (excluding mineral water in bottles) are included.
For early risers, a small continental breakfast is available from 7-7:30 am (by prior arrangement), and there is a late riser continental breakfast from 10:30-11 am.
Alternatively, there is a "Healthy Breakfast" buffet from 8-10:30 am with a delicious selection of freshly prepared delicacies and healthy options in the à la carte restaurant.
Dinner can alternatively be enjoyed in the Greek à la carte restaurant "Pithos" from 7-9:30 pm (1x per stay included, reservation required).
The "Breeze & Squeeze Healthy Bar" snack bar near the main pool offers a selection of light dishes such as sandwiches, toast, and ice cream as well as smoothies and fruits from 11 am to 5 pm.
In the afternoon between 4-5 pm, coffee/tea, cookies, cakes, and sweet specialties are served at the pool bar.
Local alcoholic beverages as well as a selection of international and local spirits, cocktails, and long drinks as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juice, coffee specialties, and tea at the respective open bar from 10:30 am - 12 am.
Vegetarian and vegan dishes are offered in the restaurants.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available (request before arrival is mandatory).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (smart casual).

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
