This hotel is located in the holiday area of Kolymbia, approx. 500 m from the beautiful shingle/sand beach and approx. 200 m from the tourist center. It is approx. 11 km to Faliraki and approx. 25 km to Rhodes Town (local bus stop nearby).

This attractive, beautiful holiday complex consists of a main building and four additional residential buildings with a total of 150 rooms. The main building houses the lobby with reception, a lounge, a bar, and a non-smoking restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area features a large, well-maintained garden with a freshwater swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a large patio with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are included; those on the beach are available for a fee. Bath towels are available for a fee and a deposit.

Equipped with bath or shower/WC, central air conditioning (centrally controlled from 01/06 to 30/09), refrigerator, flat-screen satellite TV with music channel, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, and balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Optionally bookable as a super-saver room on the ground floor with garden view (SSZ), as a double room Type A (DA), or for an extra charge as a double room with pool view (PD).

Destination information (Climate Resilience Tax)

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays during the high season (April 1–October 31):
1–2 star category: 2 euros
3-star category: 5 euros
4-star category: 10 euros
5-star category: 15 euros
For stays during the low season (November 1–March 31):
1–2 star category: 0.50 euros
