Location

The hotel is located directly on a beautiful, idyllic sandy/pebble beach and is ideal for couples and families alike. The town center of Kolymbia, with its famous eucalyptus avenue, shops, and bars, is approximately 1.5 km away. A bus stop is located directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel is approximately 28 km from Rhodes Airport.

Facilities

The resort offers 399 rooms and features a beautiful lobby with a reception, à la carte restaurants (serving local, Italian, and Asian cuisine), a main restaurant, and various bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire resort. Shopping facilities are also available. The 5 swimming pools are located in the outdoor area, 2 of which are heated in April/May and October (babypool and activity pool). Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available at the pool. In addition, there is an aqua park (open throughout the season, weather permitting) with numerous water slides, where both young and old can enjoy themselves.

Premium Double Room

The Premium Double Rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with seating (P2G).
Also available with a partial sea view, balcony, and bathtub or shower (PSM). Can also be booked for single occupancy (P1G/PES).

Premium Swim-Up Double Room

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms, the Premium Swim-Up Double Rooms feature a bath/WC with a bathtub and a terrace with access to a sharing pool (RU2).

Family Room

The Family Rooms are equipped like the double rooms but are more spacious. In addition to the double bed, the rooms have a separate sleeping area with bunk beds. Partial visual separation (not ceiling-high, DF2).
Optionally available with a sea view (F2M).

Swim-Up Family Room

The Swim-Up Family Rooms are more spacious than the double rooms with the same equipment. In addition to a double bed, they have a further sleeping area with 2 single beds, which is separated by a wooden sliding door (not ceiling-high). Terrace with access to a sharing pool (FSU).

These are more spacious than the family rooms with the same equipment, and the rear sleeping area is separated by a wooden sliding door (not ceiling-high). They include 1 double bed and 2 single beds and feature a balcony. The Premium Family Rooms also have a Nespresso machine (PF2).

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
For stays in the high season 01/04 - 31/10:
1-2 star category: 2 euros
3 star category: 5 euros
4 star category: 10 euros
5 star category: 15 euros
For stays in the low season 01/11 - 31/03:
