Location

Lydia Maris is located in Kolymbia, in the east of the island, approx. 350m from the beautiful pebble beach. The resort is set in a very idyllic and green environment of approx. 24,000 m². In the vicinity, there are several shops and tavernas. A public bus stop is located opposite the hotel.

Facilities

The extensive holiday complex has 205 rooms, a main building and several smaller outbuildings, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The beautiful hotel features a 24-hour reception, internet corner, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), main restaurant, grill and pizza restaurant, bar, and a mini-market. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a children's pool, sun terrace, and pool bar. Sunshades and loungers are included by the pool, and available at the beach for a fee. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

All rooms (approx. 26 sqm) are comfortably furnished with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), radio, 32'' flat-screen satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, telephone, safe (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (D). Also bookable as a super-saver room (SSZ) and as a double room for single use (DE/DEA).

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but are more modernly designed and slightly more spacious (approx. 30 sqm) (DSU).

Deluxe Double Room Swim up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a small terrace with 2 sun loungers and direct access to the sharing pool (DWP). Children can only be booked from age 6.
"The Deluxe Double Rooms Swim Up are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately."

Family Room

The family rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, are located in the basement and have a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a small terrace (DF2). The rooms have an connecting door.

Suite

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these are more spacious with 2 satellite TVs and 2 air conditioning units (S2).

Suite Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the suites, the Suite Sharing Pool rooms have a small terrace with 2 sun loungers (SSH).

Breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM) and dinner (7-9:30 PM) in buffet form, children's buffet daily from 12-2:30 PM, late riser breakfast (10:10-11 AM), pizza restaurant from 11 AM-6 PM, grill restaurant from 11 AM-6 PM, coffee/cake and ice cream/fresh waffles in the afternoon from 4-6 PM, local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bar from 10 AM-12 AM (midnight). Destination information on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season (April 1 - October 31):
