Located in a quiet area and is 150 m from the sand/pebble beach. The center of Kolymbia, with its shops, cafes, and tavernas, is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is only a 1-minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The very welcoming complex with 116 rooms consists of a main building and 3 annexes, a reception area with a 24-hour reception and lobby, two restaurants and a bar with a lounge area and TV corner, a mini-market, as well as an internet corner and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools for adults and 1 separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas included, and a pool bar/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach. Parking is available at the hotel.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
