Location

The Belvita Hotel (formerly Loutanis) is located approximately 700 m from Kolymbia Beach, a sandy/pebble beach to which a free shuttle is offered from May to October. It is about 600 m to the tourist center. The town of Afandou is about 7 km away (Faliraki approx. 10 km, Rhodes Town approx. 25 km). Shopping facilities are located about 600 m from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after about 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached after about 300 m. The nearest nightclub can be reached after about 500 m. The following attractions are accessible from the hotel: Faliraki Water Park (approx. 15 km), Lindos (approx. 25 km), Seven Springs (approx. 5 km), and Kalithea Thermal Springs (approx. 19 km). A bus stop is about 200 m away. Rhodes Airport is approximately 35 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 134 rooms spread across a main building and three annexes. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, an elevator in the main building, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The main restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar cater to culinary needs. Two pools in the garden area invite guests to swim and relax; sun umbrellas and loungers are available here free of charge. The pool bar provides refreshments. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available at the beach for a fee.

The standard double rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, and a furnished balcony (D).

Double room Sharing Pool private loungers

These spacious rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen Original and are located on the 1st floor of the rear building, which features a spacious sharing pool (no direct pool access!). They are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (daily refill), a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a furnished balcony (2UR/X2A).
Upon arrival, water, wine, and fruit are provided.
Optionally available for single use (1UR/1RU).
Please note: The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and access to the sharing pool is via stairs down to the generous garden area with the sharing pool, where reserved pool loungers (2 loungers and umbrella) are available for each room.
The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. The use of this area therefore requires special attention towards children and prudent behavior.

Double room Swim Up Sharing Pool

Bookable for guests aged 7 and older.
Also a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, these are located on the ground floor with the same features and offer a terrace with private sun loungers and direct access to the sharing pool (DWP/YU2).
Optionally available for single use (EWP/WU1).
The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. The use of this area therefore requires special attention towards children and prudent behavior.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Drinks are included at the currently open bar from 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM (soft drinks, water, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, red and white wine, and beer), as well as Ouzo, gin, vodka, rum, various long drinks, and cocktails from 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM. In addition, snacks such as hot dogs, toast, and salad are available from 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Once per stay, dinner can optionally be taken in the à la carte restaurant; reservation required.
