The newly designed boutique hotel, with its minimalist style, offers 92 rooms spread over 2 floors, providing the perfect relaxation for those seeking peace in the middle of its beautiful garden, just a few meters from Kiotari Beach. Equipped with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, an "All-Day" pool/snack bar that opens at 10 am, a freshwater pool and whirlpool, as well as complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas (on the beach for a fee), the hotel offers its guests the highest possible comfort. Pool and beach towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel grounds.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of Jan 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 € per day and room.
