The hotel is located only approx. 100 m from the beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. There is a shuttle bus to the beach. The nearest town of Lindos is about 12 km away, and Rhodes Town is 60 km away. The airport is 55 km away. A bus stop with connections to Lindos and Rhodes Town is located in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a total of 412 rooms in the main building and annexes, a reception with lobby (completely renovated), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), luggage storage, library, lift, shopping arcade with mini-market, souvenir shop and jeweler, seven restaurants (the main restaurant has been renovated), four bars, wellness spa center, indoor pool, three freshwater pools in the outdoor area, sun terrace, and a beach bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included at the pool and beach. Beach/pool towels are provided free of charge.

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms in the main building and annexes have a wonderful view of the well-kept garden and are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge (includes refreshing drinks replenished every two days), electric kettle, espresso machine, drying rack, Wi-Fi, safe, and balcony or terrace (DSU). Can also be booked for single use (DE) or with a sea view for an extra charge (DMU).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same facilities as the Superior double rooms and additionally feature a separate bedroom with a sliding door (DF2). Usually located around the main pool.
Optionally also bookable with sea view (F2M).

Family Room Sharing Pool

Early bird breakfast (4:00–6:30 am), American breakfast buffet (7:00–10:30 am), lunch (12:30–2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30–9:30 pm) in buffet style, freshly squeezed orange juice, espresso, cappuccino, and Greek coffee at breakfast, Healthy Bar. There is also a vegetarian corner. Themed evenings take place several times a week (Greek, fish night, and Italian). The main restaurant specializes in Greek and international cuisine with show cooking. Local wine and beer, juice, and soft drinks are served with meals.
Dinner can be taken optionally in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (once per week per restaurant upon prior reservation and subject to availability).
Greek à-la-carte restaurant: Dinner from 6:30–9:30 pm.
Italian à-la-carte restaurant: Brunch from 9:00 am–12:00 pm and dinner from 6:30–9:30 pm.
Mexican à-la-carte restaurant: Dinner from 6:30–9:30 pm.
Pan-Asian à-la-carte restaurant: Dinner from 6:30–9:30 pm.
Additionally, you can get burgers & souvlaki (12:00–5:00 pm), crêpes, ice cream, and pizza during the day. Snacks and fruit are served daily at the upper pool. Midnight snacks from 10:00 pm–4:00 am in the main restaurant. Drinks such as local wine and beer, long drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, juice, coffee, and tea are available at the respective open bars. Cocktail bar at the pool. Afternoon tea time from 5:00 pm–7:00 pm. During meals in the main restaurant, gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers.

2 separate children's pools, mini club with supervision from 9:00 am–5:00 pm, playground, baby cots (included), and babysitting on request for a fee. Children's disco and games from 9:00 pm–9:30 pm. Internet and game corner for a fee. Baby monitor and stroller on request. Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge in the restaurant upon request (subject to availability).
