The complex is located at the beginning of the long sandy/pebble beach of Faliraki, just past the Kallithea Springs. Rhodes Town is approx. 8 km away and the center of Faliraki approx. 4 km. Rhodes International Airport is approx. 20 km from the hotel. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

A very modern and architecturally interesting complex for high demands, consisting of an eight-story main building with panoramic elevators, a 7-story annex building, and a 6-story building. High-quality and tastefully furnished, featuring a reception, lobby, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included), main restaurant, gourmet à la carte restaurant on the rooftop with breathtaking views, Mediterranean restaurant for lunch (à la carte) and dinner, lounge bar, pool bar, beach bar, conference rooms, a sweet water lagoon-style swimming pool, a heated pool in the spa area, and a small children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are included.

Deluxe Double Room

Modern and comfortably furnished with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathrobe and slippers, telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, safe, and a furnished balcony (DD2).
Also available with sea view (DDM) as an option.

Deluxe Single Room

These are Deluxe double rooms for single use without sea view (DD1).

Premium Deluxe Double Room with Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms have been fully renovated, feature a walk-in rain shower, offer sea views, and are located in the Eos or Helios annex building (P2M/P2I).

Elite Room with Sea View

The Elite Rooms are modernly furnished. They feature parquet flooring, satin bed linen, bathrobes/slippers, a desk, air conditioning, hydromassage/bathtub and toilet, telephone with answering machine, free internet access, Nespresso machine, and a balcony with sea view. The room also has a tastefully decorated living area with a sofa (2EM).
Elite Club Services are included (see Hotel Service).

Elite Superior Room with Sea View

The unique rooms are decorated in soft colors and, with all other amenities and services identical to the Elite Rooms, offer a separate toilet (ME2).
Elite Club Services are included (see Hotel Service).

Elite Junior Suite with Sea View

Like the Elite Superior Rooms, but significantly more spacious and elegantly furnished with a large bedroom separated by a sliding door from the cozy living area with sofa and desk. Both the bedroom and the living area have direct access to separate bathrooms, one of which is equipped with two sinks and a hydromassage bathtub, while the other bathroom has a shower. Elite Club Services included: Private reception, lounge area, breakfast in the panorama restaurant, and much more! (2EJ)

Elite Suite with Sea View

The very generously proportioned suites, with all other amenities identical to the Elite Junior Suites with Sea View, additionally offer a dining area and a separate toilet (SUM).

Superior Double Room with Sea View

The Superior Double Rooms with Sea View, newly renovated for Summer 2026, are equipped with a queen-size bed or two single beds, a seating area, a walk-in shower with toiletries, a sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea maker, minibar, and a safe.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style (the main course is served). With FB, a lunch menu is also included. Elite Rooms, Junior Suites, and Suites can be booked with breakfast. All other room categories offer half board.

Sports included

Fitness center, floodlit tennis court (by prior reservation), mini-golf, boccia, beach volleyball, and a yoga/Pilates studio.

Various water sports available at the beach through external providers.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
