Location

The Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel & Spa is located in the west of Rhodes, approx. 200 m from the public pebbly beach of Ixia. The centre of Ixia, with various restaurants and shopping facilities, is nearby (approx. 700 m away). Rhodes Town is approx. 4 km away, and a bus stop is located approx. 100 m from the hotel.

Facilities

The Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel & Spa combines the amenities of a city hotel with the advantages of a modern holiday resort for both leisure and business travellers. From the breathtaking sea views while sunbathing to the spa centre and well-equipped conference rooms, the hotel has much to offer. The hotel features 299 rooms, a 24-hour reception, the main restaurant "Archipelagos", four à la carte restaurants (for a fee): "Elia" (Greek), "Tramonto" (Italian), "Koi" (Asian), and "Porfyra" (Mediterranean gourmet), a "Chromata" bar, a "Rotonda" pool bar, a gelateria, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi, various shops, and a large freshwater pool landscape. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge at the pool and for a fee at the beach. With the Atrium Concierge App, guests can enjoy effortless luxury and order food and drinks directly to their loungers at the beach or pool (see hotel service for more details).

Deluxe Double Room Side Sea View

The Deluxe double rooms feature either a bathtub with whirlpool function or a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, telephone, tea maker, Nespresso machine (4 capsules/day included), and a balcony or terrace with side sea view (DDS, for single use: EDD).
Also optionally bookable with direct sea view (DDM/MDI, single use DM1).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, these also include a private pool and sun loungers (DDP).
The rooms with a private pool are located on the 7th floor in the centre of the building with sea views. Optionally bookable for single use (1DZ).
The Deluxe double rooms with private pool are not monitored by a lifeguard. The use of this area therefore requires special attention towards children and prudent behaviour.

Deluxe Junior Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, these offer sea views and are more spacious with a seating area (JDM).
Also optionally bookable with a private pool and side sea view (H2D).
The Deluxe junior suites with side sea view and private pool are not monitored by a lifeguard. The use of this area therefore requires special attention towards children and prudent behaviour.

Superior Family Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, these additionally feature a separate bedroom and two bathrooms (2FU).

Superior Suite Side Sea View

These have the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms and consist of a living/sleeping area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC, and two furnished balconies with side sea view (SSJ).

Breakfast (7:00–10:30 am) in buffet form in the main restaurant "Archipelagos".

Half Board

Breakfast (7:00–10:30 am) and dinner (7:00–9:30 pm) in buffet form in the main restaurant "Archipelagos".
Alternatively, lunch can be taken from 12:30–3:00 pm instead of dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:00–10:30 am), lunch (12:30–3:00 pm), and dinner (7:00–9:30 pm) in buffet form in the main restaurant "Archipelagos". Early breakfast from 6:30–7:00 am on request (at least 1 day in advance).
Snacks during the day at the "Chromata" lobby bar (12:00 pm–12:00 am) and the "Rotonda" pool bar (12:30 pm–9:30 pm).
Lunch is also optionally available at the Greek à la carte restaurant "Elia" (12:30 pm–4:30 pm) or the Italian à la carte restaurant "Tramonto" (12:30 pm–4:30 pm) (reservation required at least 1 day in advance).
Dinner is also optionally available at the Mediterranean gourmet restaurant "Porfyra" (7:00–11:00 pm) or the Asian gourmet restaurant "KOI" (7:00–11:00 pm) (reservation required at least 1 day in advance).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (such as water, soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee, tea, cocktails, and spirits) are included from 9:00 am–1:00 am at the respective open bar.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from €0.50 to €15 per day and room from 1 January 2025.
