This luxurious and appealing adults-only hotel (18+) for discerning guests is located in a quiet area directly on the beach (pebble beach). The capital of Rhodes is approximately 7 km away. A bus stop with regular connections to the capital can be found about 300 m from the hotel, and a range of supermarkets, shops, bars, tavernas, restaurants, and the center of Ixia are in the immediate vicinity. Rhodes Airport is approximately 7 km away.

The main building offers a great view of the pool and the Aegean Sea. It features 124 Deluxe rooms with garden or sea views. The garden area offers accommodation in 122 spacious and comfortable rooms.
The suites area consists of five buildings with 102 rooms and suites, which are stylish and contemporary, offering ultimate privacy. Amenities include an attractive lobby, 24-hour reception, two elevators (in the main building), lobby bar, main restaurant "Vis-à-Vis", two à-la-carte restaurants "Milonges" (Greek) and "Muza Htista" (fusion cuisine), restaurant "Alazonia" (for guests in the All Suites area), lounge, mini-market, jeweler, indoor pool, spa (for a fee), gym, and Wi-Fi in the hotel area (included). In the well-kept garden, two freshwater pools with lawns invite you to relax. The main pool features a hydro-massage corner. The second pool is a "relaxation pool". Pool snack bar "Nostimo Snack Bar". Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the hotel at the beach and by the pools. Pool and beach towels can be obtained on site.

Double Room Deluxe

With the same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious and furnished to a higher standard. They feature a shower, are located in the main building, and include a garden view as well as a walk-in shower (DD2).
Optionally available for single use (DD1), or with sea view (DDM, 1DM).

Double Room Deluxe Whirlpool

With the same features as the Deluxe double rooms, these rooms have a whirlpool on the balcony or terrace (DDJ).
Also available for single use (EDJ) or with sea view (DJ2/D1J).

Double Room Design Room

The Design Rooms, fully renovated since summer 2024, are located in the annex building and feature a walk-in rain shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (daily refill), Nespresso coffee machine including free capsules, and a balcony (DA).
Optionally available for single use (DAE).

Double Room Premium

These modern rooms are located on the top floor, accessible only by stairs, and feature a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, minibar (daily refill), Nespresso machine, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bathrobe, slippers, and a balcony with garden view (P2G).
Optionally available for single use (P1G).

Double Room Premium Swim Up

The modern Swim-Up rooms in the All Suites area are located on the ground floor and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar (daily refill), Nespresso machine, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bathrobe, slippers, turndown service, and direct access to the sharing pool or private pool (RU2).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Grand Suite Private Pool

Equipped like the Premium double room, but more spacious and generously designed. Amenities include a king-size bed, minibar (daily refill), Nespresso coffee machine, turndown service, and a terrace with a private pool and garden view (GE2). Optionally available in the first beach row as a Swim-Up Grand Suite with access to the sharing pool, whirlpool bathtub, separate shower, and sea view (2VH).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Suite Seafront Private Pool

With the same features as the Grand Suite, these additionally include a whirlpool bathtub, separate shower, and sea view, located in the first beach row with a private pool on the roof terrace (Q2Q).

Vis-à-Vis, the hotel's main buffet restaurant, focusing primarily on Mediterranean and Greek cuisine as well as international dishes, offers views of the hotel garden and the sea. Show cooking, pasta, and pizza stations are available. American breakfast buffet is served (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM), as well as lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner buffet (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM). In the afternoon, various snacks, ice cream, and pastries are available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the "Nostimo" snack bar.
Guests can alternatively choose to have dinner in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants: Milonges Restaurant serves traditional Greek cuisine for dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) right next to the pool, and Muza Htista (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) offers modern cuisine combining Japanese and Peruvian dishes (reservation required). Three dinners in the à-la-carte restaurants are included per stay (for stays of 7 nights or more).
A selection of international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
In addition, the following restaurants and bars are available:
Muza Htista: Enjoy a culinary sensation created by the combination of Japanese and Peruvian culture, featuring fine fusion cuisine, accompanied by a cocktail bar that perfectly stimulates the senses (à-la-carte restaurant).
Truman's Lobby Bar: Offers a wide selection of drinks throughout the day, such as cocktails, spirits, and coffee. Relax in a contemporary ambiance indoors or stay on the terrace with views of the green gardens, the pools, and the Aegean Sea.
Blue Bar: Offers cocktails and various drinks, located by the pool and the sea.
Alazonia Restaurant: Guests of the "All Suites" area can optionally have breakfast and dinner at the Alazonia Restaurant. This stylish restaurant serves breakfast from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the form of an elegant breakfast buffet with à-la-carte options. Dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM offers table d'hôte (menu selection).

Destination information (Climate Resilience Tax)

For stays starting from Jan 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from Jan 1st, 2025, between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.

Arrival by car

Turn left at the airport and left again at the first traffic light towards Rhodes City. Drive through Kremasti to the next town, Trianta. At the traffic light in Trianta, turn left towards the beach and follow the road along the beach past the Atlantica Princess until you see a large stop sign. The Ixian Grand & All Suites hotel is located on the left side.
