The Amus Hotel & Spa features a total of 357 rooms, spread across a main building and several annex buildings.
Facilities include a reception, a main restaurant and three à la carte restaurants "Bakaliko", "Varkarola", and "Oliveto", as well as three bars: the "Rhodian Bar", the "Sunset Bar", and the pool bar, a café, a hairdresser, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
The well-maintained outdoor area features four pools and a children's pool. Additionally, the hotel has a secluded beach section connected to the hotel by an underground passage.

The rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea station, and mini-fridge. They also feature one double bed, a sofa bed, and a balcony with forest views (DD2).

With otherwise identical facilities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are slightly larger and also feature a sitting area, a Nespresso machine, and a sea view (P2M).

Bungalow

With otherwise identical facilities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are significantly more spacious and feature a walk-in shower as well as a partial terrace or balcony with forest views (BU).

Duplex Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical facilities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these consist of 2 levels connected by a staircase. They additionally feature a double sofa bed in the living area, a separate WC, an espresso machine, and a terrace with sea view (IX2).

Amus Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical facilities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these feature a bathroom/WC with a separate shower, Nespresso machine, minibar (for a fee), beach towel in the room, and a furnished balcony; they are more spacious and are located in the annex building (S2M).

Amus Suite Private Pool & Garden

With otherwise identical facilities to the Amus Suite without sea view, but with a private pool and sun loungers in a private garden (X2S).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We kindly ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Amus Suite Private Pool Sea View

With otherwise identical facilities to the Amus Suite, these feature a more spacious terrace with a private pool and sun loungers (QP2).

Breakfast, Half Board, and Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast buffet (7:00 AM – 10:30 AM) in the main restaurant "Iliades" or, for Amus Suite guests, in the à la carte restaurant "Varkarola" (7:00 AM – 10:30 AM).
Dinner buffet in the main restaurant (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM), the tavern "Bakaliko" (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 5x a week, reservation required), the à la carte restaurant "Varkarola" (7:00 PM – 10:15 PM, reservation required for BB guests), or in "Oliveto" (7:00 PM – 10:15 PM, 5x a week, reservation required). Traditional Greek, Mediterranean, and Italian dishes are offered.

For a minimum stay of 5 nights, one meal per stay is included in the à la carte restaurants as follows: lunch (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) at "Varkarola" with Mediterranean cuisine (reservation required), lunch or dinner (12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM, open 5x a week, reservation required) at "Oliveto" with Italian dishes, and dinner (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM, open 5x a week, reservation required) at the tavern "Bakaliko" with traditional Greek dishes. For a minimum stay of 12 nights, 2 meals are included, and for a minimum stay of 18 nights, 3 meals are included in the à la carte restaurants.
Cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are included at the "Rhodian Bar" (10:00 AM – 1:00 AM) and the pool bar (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), as well as cake, pastries, sandwiches, and ice cream.
UAI guests receive 30% off à la carte menus, the bar menu, and the lobster dinner.

Climate Resilience Fee Note

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a Climate Resilience Fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
