Location

The Hotel Malibu Boutique Studios is located approx. 700 m from the sandy beach of Faliraki. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, only about a 10-minute walk to the tourist center as well as to the beach. There, guests will find a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants to choose from. Rhodes Town (approx. 13 km) is ideal for a day trip. For mobility during your holiday, car rental services are available, as well as a taxi stand (approx. 500 m) and a bus stop (approx. 200 m away). The airport (RHO) is approx. 17 km away.

Facilities

The boutique hotel offers a total of 44 modern and elegantly furnished studios, equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It also features a reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM), a lobby, an elevator, parking (free of charge), a restaurant, and an outdoor pool with free sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during high season from April 1st to October 31st:

Category 4 stars: 10 Euros
