The Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa in Faliraki is located directly on a Blue Flag awarded sand/pebble beach. The holiday resort of Faliraki, known for its bars and clubs, is approximately 4 km away from the hotel. Rhodes Town is located at a distance of approx. 10 km, and the airport is approx. 19 km away.

The hotel features 313 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, eight à la carte restaurants (Italian, Greek, Asian and Sushi, Mexican—each requiring a reservation—plus Ouzeri, Burger, Pita, Crêperie, and Gelaterie), six bars (including a wine bar and champagne bar), five elevators, shopping opportunities, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and an amphitheater. In the outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool with water slides. There is an elevator to the pool (accessible). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach and by the pool. Pool and beach towels are available in the room upon arrival at no extra cost.

Superior Double Room with Sea View

The Superior double rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, TV, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine (capsules included), and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (DMU).

Junior Suite with Sea View and Whirlpool

The junior suites feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious and luxuriously furnished. Additionally, there is a heated outdoor whirlpool and sun loungers on the large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea (JJ2).
The pool is not supervised by lifeguards. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, family rooms also feature a living/sleeping area that is visually separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door. The large balcony offers a side sea view (FS2).
Also available with a sea view (F2M) upon request.

Single Room

The single rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, TV, coffee/tea making facilities, and a Nespresso machine (capsules included) (DE).

With the same amenities, the family rooms offer a sea view and a private pool (IP2).

All meals served buffet-style. Daily show cooking. Greek corner at breakfast. Gluten-free, diabetic, vegan, and lactose-free meals are available upon request on-site.

An American Food Truck is also available from 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm.
Early bird breakfast 4:00 am – 7:00 am (on request) and late night buffet from 10:00 pm – 4:00 am.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9:00 am – 12:00 am.
Snacks such as cake, pastries, ice cream, and slush ice are available from 10:30 am – 2:00 am at the pool and beach. Coffee and tea between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
The minibar is refilled daily.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
