The extravagant complex is located in Faliraki, approx. 150m from the sandy beach. Shopping and entertainment options as well as a bus stop can be reached after approx. 100m, Rhodes Town is approx. 12km away.

The modern adults-only hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, and features 63 residential units spread over two floors, with reception, lobby, Wi-Fi throughout the entire complex (included) as well as a bar. In the Terra Med restaurant with adjoining outdoor terrace, guests have the opportunity to experience special culinary delicacies. In the well-maintained outdoor area, the swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers, Bali beds as well as seating and lying cushions invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool, and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available against a deposit.

Deluxe Double Room

The individually designed rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, tea station, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).

Junior Suite

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double rooms, these stylish rooms are more spacious and feature an open-plan bathroom or open shower/WC, bathrobes, and a coffee/tea station (JS2/JS3).

Junior Suite Private Pool

Featuring the same facilities as the Junior suites, these additionally provide direct access to the pool and sun loungers on the terrace (ZJP).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Executive Suite Outdoor Whirlpool

Equipped the same as the Junior suites, with an open-plan bathroom and open shower, and offer a whirlpool on the private terrace (TEJ).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Suite Swim Up (bookable from Summer 2027)

Modernly furnished suite with king-size bed, sitting area, and shower. The furnished terrace offers direct access to the shared pool. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, as well as bathrobes and slippers (2SU).

Suite Private Pool (bookable from Summer 2027)

The open-plan suites feature a king-size bed, a sitting area, a shower, and an additional bathtub. The furnished balcony offers a private plunge pool. Further amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, as well as bathrobes and slippers (SP2).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:
