Location

The hotel is located directly on Faliraki beach, just approx. 2 km from the town centre with its numerous entertainment options. The island capital Rhodes, approx. 12 km away, can be reached by public bus, with a stop located right outside the hotel.

The holiday complex offers 398 rooms, a 24-hour reception, lounge area, bar with a lovely terrace, satellite TV corner, internet corner (free of charge), restaurant, the "Elia" à la carte restaurant (included once per stay for stays of 7 days or more), mini-market and jeweller. The well-maintained gardens feature four freshwater pools, a children's pool with a slide tower, and a baby pool, complete with sun loungers and parasols (included). There is also a pizzeria, a Greek restaurant (Meat the Greek) and a crêperie. Bath towels are included. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The rooms feature a modern design and offer a double bed or two single beds, centrally controlled air conditioning, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, coffee and tea set, Nespresso machine, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also available as an option with sea view (DMU/DMI).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are more modern and comfortable, and include a bathtub and sea view (DDM).

Executive Double Room

The luxurious Executive Rooms feature a modern bathroom with bath or shower/WC, high-quality bath and wellness toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge (stocked with a bottle of water and juice on arrival), Nespresso machine, and coffee/tea station. The rooms have a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a large balcony with mountain views (EXD).
Also available as an option with sea view (EXM).

Deluxe Family Suite

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these suites include a bathtub and a separate bedroom (LY2).

Executive Suite Swim-up Sharing Pool

The luxurious suites feature an elegant bedroom and a modern living area. They are equipped with a modern bathroom with bath or shower/WC, high-quality bath and wellness toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge (stocked with a bottle of water and juice on arrival), Nespresso machine, and coffee/tea station. The rooms have a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool (ESG).
The sharing pool is not supervised. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act with care.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025 onwards.
