Location

The hotel complex is located directly on the beach, approx. 500m from the center of Faliraki. Rhodes Town is approx. 14km away and the bus stop is approx. 150m in front of the hotel on the main road. The airport is 17 km away.

The complex has 310 rooms spread across 2 buildings. It offers a reception area with a reception desk, 4 elevators, an internet corner, Wi-Fi, a TV room, an indoor pool, a restaurant, a bar, a taverna, and a souvenir shop. In the beautiful garden area, there are 2 freshwater swimming pools (one covered) with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Towels are provided free of charge at the reception.

Double room with side sea view

The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with a telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental fee), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning (included June-September), hairdryer, walk-in shower/WC, and a balcony with a side sea view (DMS).
Also available as a double room with frontal sea view (D2W) or as a double room Comfort with side sea view located on the upper floors (2CD).
Optionally bookable as a super-saver room, these rooms have garden views and no balcony (SSZ).
(Additionally bookable under RHOB07 with frontal sea view (OM2), single occupancy side sea view (DES) or as a super saver room type B without balcony (SZB)).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 1.1.2025.
