Location

Situated directly on the famous sand/pebble beach of Faliraki and approx. 2 km from the centre of Faliraki. The airport can be reached in about 30 minutes, and Rhodes Town is around 14 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The well-maintained hotel consists of a main building and three annexe buildings with a total of 491 rooms, a lobby area with reception, Wi-Fi included, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (Greek), a burger house, a bar with a terrace overlooking the garden, a satellite TV room, a mini-market, a spa, 2 conference rooms, an amphitheatre, a hairdresser, and other shops. In the garden area, there are three large freshwater swimming pools (two at the main building and one at the annexe building) with two separate children's pools (one at the main building and one at the annexe), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. There is a beach/snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels at the pool and beach are included.

Breakfast (7:00–10:00), lunch (12:30–14:30), and dinner (18:30–21:30) in buffet style, show cooking, occasional themed evenings. Hot and cold snacks as well as ice cream are available from 10:30–17:30. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bar from 10:00–0:30.
Dinner in the à la carte restaurant and the Burger House is possible once per stay upon prior reservation.

Climate resilience tax

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from €0.50 to €15 per day and room since 1.1.2025.
