The luxurious and spacious hotel features 17 different room types and a total of 307 rooms spread throughout the complex. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a reception area and lobby bar, Wi-Fi (included), a souvenir shop, boutique, mini-market, fitness center with an indoor pool, two bars, a main restaurant with a wine cellar, a beach restaurant, and four à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Greek, Italian, and in high season for guests aged 12 and over, "The Rose Signature Restaurant - fine dining"). In the outdoor area, there are three pools with a sun terrace, including a children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included by the pool and at the beach.

Bungalow Superior

The bungalows are located in the pool area and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, tea maker, welcome drink upon arrival, beach towels, and a furnished balcony or terrace with a garden view (2BU).
Also available for single use (1BU).

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the Kallithea wing and are decorated in natural colors with red accents. They feature the same amenities as the bungalows but are more spacious and come with a balcony or terrace with a view of the garden area (D).
Also available for single use (DE).

Double Room Superior Side Sea View

The Double Rooms Superior have been recently renovated and feature the same amenities as the standard double rooms, with a spectacular (side) view of the Aegean Sea (D2S/2I).
Also available at an extra charge with full sea view (DMU/DME) or for single use with side sea view (1SD).

Lux.Me Guestroom Sea View

The Lux.ME series rooms offer elegant and spacious accommodation with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, tea maker, welcome drink upon arrival, and beach towels. They offer a magnificent view of the sea and are located in the main building (LXG).

Lux.Me Panoramic Guestroom Sea View

With the same amenities as the Lux.Me Guestrooms Sea View, these rooms are renovated, generously designed, and feature a relaxing decor. They are located on the top floor of the Kallithea wing and feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view of the sea (M2L).

Lux.Me Bungalow

With the same amenities as the Lux.Me rooms, these additionally feature a separate sleeping area (separated from the living/sleeping area by sliding doors) and are located on the ground floor of the bungalow village, with a view of the colorful garden (LXH). Also available for single use (EPB).

Family Room

The comfortable family rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of a separate bedroom (separated from the living/sleeping area by a sliding door) and are located in the main building or the Kallithea wing with an island view (DF2).

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these feature two bedrooms separated by a door, one equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as two bathrooms with bath/WC (PF). Also available with side sea view; here, the rooms are separated by a sliding door and equipped with only one bathroom with a walk-in shower (PMT).

Premier Loft Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a second sleeping area on the 1st floor and a semi-private garden area. The rooms are located on the ground floor of the Kallithea wing (O2L).

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms and consist of a living/sleeping area, two separate bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub/WC. There are also two spacious furnished balconies (PE2).

Grand Family Apartment

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms and consist of a living/sleeping area from which the two separate bedrooms can be reached, as well as three spacious, furnished balconies. Additionally, the family apartment has 3 bathrooms with bathtub/WC, each of which can be reached via the individual areas (2LY).

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
