Location

The Varelis Hotel is a small, family-run hotel. It is located approximately 30 km from Rhodes Town and about 30 km from the airport. Two of the most beautiful beaches, Stegna and Tsambika, are only about 3 km away, and the village of Archangelos is just about 10 minutes away.

Facilities

The complex consists of 15 completely renovated rooms and features a reception area with a front desk, safety deposit boxes for rent, a breakfast room, an internet corner (included), and Wi-Fi (included). It also has a freshwater swimming pool (May-September) set in beautiful gardens. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee at the beach.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
