The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paralia, approximately 100 m from the beach. There are several restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 m). The airport is about 100 km away.

The Mediterranean Resort has 68 rooms spread over 3 floors in the main building. The comfortable and modern facilities include a 24-hour reception with a lobby, elevator, indoor pool (not heated), buffet restaurant, and a lobby/pool bar. Outside, there is a small swimming pool where sun loungers and parasols are available to guests free of charge. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

Accommodation

Double room

The cozy double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, tiled or parquet floor, and a balcony. They are located on the upper floors (D/DI).
Optionally, they can be booked as super economy rooms on the ground floor with a terrace (SSZ).

Single room

The single rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are slightly smaller and are located on the upper floor with a balcony (E).

Destination information

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government introduced a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 01/01/2025, is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
