Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paralia, approx. 100 m from the beach. There are several restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 m). The airport is approx. 100 km away.

Facilities

The Mediterranean Resort has 68 rooms spread over 3 floors in the main building. The comfortable, modern facilities include a 24-hour reception with a lobby, elevator, Wi-Fi (free of charge), an indoor swimming pool (not heated), a buffet restaurant, and a lobby/pool bar. In the outdoor area, there is a small swimming pool where guests can use sun loungers and parasols free of charge.

Double room

The cozy double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, tiled or parquet floor, and a balcony. They are located on the upper floors (D/DI).
Alternatively, these can also be booked as super saver rooms on the ground floor with a terrace (SSZ).

Single room

The single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are slightly smaller and are located on the upper floor with a balcony (E).

Breakfast (7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.) and dinner (7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) are served in buffet form.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government introduced a climate resilience tax to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is graduated from 0.50 € to 15 € per day and room.
