The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paralia and is approximately 100 m from the beach. Some restaurants and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 m). The airport is approximately 100 km away.

The Mediterranean Resort has 68 rooms spread over 3 floors in the main building. The comfortable, modern facilities include a 24-hour reception with a lobby, elevator, indoor pool (not heated), buffet restaurant, and a lobby/pool bar. Outside, there is a small swimming pool where sun loungers and parasols are available to guests free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Double room

The cozy double rooms feature a double or twin bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, tiled or parquet floor, balcony, and are located on the upper floors (D/DI).
Optionally also bookable as a Super Saver room on the ground floor with a terrace (SSZ).

The single rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are slightly smaller and are located on the upper floor with a balcony (E).

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1 to October 31):

Local category 3 stars: 5 Euro
Local category 4 stars: 10 Euro
