Location

The boutique hotel is located directly in Plaka Litochoro, only approx. 90 m from the beach. The villages of Litochoro and Leptokarya, with their shopping facilities and restaurants, are 4-5 km away. The airport is approx. 80 km away.

Facilities

The complex comprises a main building with a total of 50 rooms and suites, and features a lobby with reception, a main restaurant, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included in all areas of the hotel. The well-kept garden area includes two swimming pools, a children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. At the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas can be used free of charge with a minimum consumption at the beach bar. Beach towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The renovated double rooms feature a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), 32" satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (D).
Also available for single use (DE).

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but with views of Mount Olympus (DSU).
Also available for single use (DSE).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms superior, these are more luxuriously furnished and have a sea view (DDM).
Also available for single use (DM1).

Superior Suite Whirlpool

The suite features a shower/toilet, indoor whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, fireplace with glass protection, minibar (for a fee), 32" satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea making facilities, and a spacious balcony with views of Mount Olympus (SU2).

Executive Suite Whirlpool Sea View

The Executive Suite offers the same amenities as the Superior Suite but features an indoor whirlpool and a whirlpool on the balcony. It also has 2 balconies (ESM).
"The Executive Suites Whirlpool Sea View (Whirlpool Balcony) are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act with caution."

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM). If half board is booked, dinner is also included as a buffet or set menu (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Drinks are available at an extra charge. A children's menu is available on request. Vegetarian and special diet dishes are also available on request.
A smart casual dress code is required in the restaurant (swimwear is not permitted).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Light

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, all served buffet-style. Depending on occupancy, lunch and dinner may also be served as a set menu.
Small snacks and ice cream are also available during the day.
Local draft beer, wine, soft drinks, and a small selection of local Ouzo, whiskey, vodka, and gin are included from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Coffee, hot chocolate, and espresso are available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM at the breakfast coffee machine (self-service).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
