Location
The boutique hotel is located directly in Plaka Litochoro, only approx. 90 m from the beach. The villages of Litohoro and Leptokarya, with their shopping facilities and restaurants, are 4-5 km away. The airport is approx. 80 km away.
Facilities
The complex comprises a main building with a total of 50 rooms and suites and offers a lobby with reception, a main restaurant, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included in all areas of the hotel. The well-maintained garden area features two swimming pools, a children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and Suns are included by the pool. Sun loungers and Suns at the beach can be used free of charge with a minimum consumption at the beach bar. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

With the same amenities as the double rooms Superior, these are furnished to a higher standard and have a sea view (DDM).

Superior Suite Whirlpool
The suite has a shower/WC, indoor whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, fireplace with glass protection, minibar (for a fee), 32" satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea making facilities, and a spacious balcony with a view of Mount Olympus (SU2).
Executive Suite Whirlpool Sea View
The Executive Suite offers the same amenities as the Superior Suite, but features an indoor whirlpool and a whirlpool on the balcony. It also has 2 balconies (ESM).
"The Executive Suites Whirlpool Sea View (Whirlpool Balcony) are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately."

Breakfast/Half Board
Buffet breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM). If half board is booked, dinner is also included in buffet or menu form (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Drinks are available at an extra charge. A children's menu is available upon request. Vegetarian and special diet dishes are also available upon request.
A smart casual dress code is required in the restaurant (swimwear is not allowed).

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, all served buffet-style. Depending on occupancy, lunch and dinner may also be served as a menu.
Light snacks and ice cream are also available during the day.
Local draft beer, wine, soft drinks, and a small selection of local Ouzo, Whiskey, Vodka, and Gin are included from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
