The Dion Palace offers holidays right by the sea in a natural setting at the foot of Mount Olympus. The property is located directly on the pebble beach in Litochoro. The nearby town offers a variety of entertainment and shopping options and is easily accessible by bus or taxi. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 108 km away.

This spacious complex with a total of 191 rooms offers plenty of space for relaxation, and the friendly service completes the stay. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, TV room, mini-market, jewellery shop, and a library. The main restaurant and three bars (lobby, pool, and beach bar) cater to your physical well-being.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are three pools (one of which is adults-only). Several sun terraces and a pool bar invite you to linger. A beach bar provides refreshments directly by the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels are available at reception for a deposit. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Double room

The rooms are comfortable and designed in natural colours. They feature two single beds, bathroom/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), Wi-Fi, 32" LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone (for a fee), safe, and balcony (D). Optionally bookable with a view of Mount Olympus for an additional charge (DA).
Also available as DZ=EZ Olympus View for single occupancy (DE).

Single room

These are double rooms for single occupancy (E).

Family room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Superior double room pool & sea view

The superior double rooms are more spacious but, while offering the same facilities as the double rooms, additionally include a sofa bed or 1-2 extra beds. The rooms are located on the ground floor or the first floor and have pool/sea views (DMU).

Bungalow beachfront

With the same facilities, these rooms are located in the bungalow area in the first row to the beach and feature a queen-size double bed, shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, 42" satellite TV, electric kettle, and tea/coffee station (2BB).

Deluxe bungalow private pool

The deluxe bungalows with private pool are more spacious than the double rooms and, with the same facilities, additionally feature a seating area, a bathtub and separate WC in the bathroom, as well as a terrace with a private pool (L2P).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Breakfast 7:00–10:00, lunch 12:30–14:30, and dinner 18:30–21:30 are served with Greek and international delicacies in buffet style in the main restaurant "Mytikas". Every evening there is a changing themed buffet or show cooking during meals.
Appropriate clothing is requested for meals (casual chic; men in long trousers).
The main lobby bar "Mousses" offers a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks from 10:00 until midnight. After 23:00, drinks are subject to a charge.
At the "Poseidon" bar, a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, as well as snacks and coffee are available from 10:30–18:00.
GENERAL RULE:
The All-Inclusive drinks list includes a selection of local spirits, wines, draught beer, and soft drinks at the bars.
All branded spirits & wines from the wine list, champagne, cocktails, fresh juices, etc., are charged at an extra cost.
The opening of the outdoor areas of the restaurants and bars is weather-dependent.
