Location

The extensive hotel complex is situated in a very quiet location, directly on the sandy beach. The town of Litochoro, with its shopping opportunities, restaurants, and taverns, is approx. 6 km away. Further entertainment options can be found in Leptokaria, approx. 4 km away, and in Katerini, about 20 km away. The airport is approx. 118 km from the hotel.

The total of 100 rooms are spread across small bungalow buildings in the well-kept garden area, which features many shade-providing trees. Additionally, the hotel offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market, a restaurant, and a beach bar. In the spacious, park-like garden, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included both at the pool and on the beach; bath towels are available at reception against a deposit. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the entire complex.

Double Room/Bungalow

The modernized rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, rental safe, flat-screen TV, telephone, as well as a furnished terrace and a private garden with sun loungers. As an additional amenity, the refrigerator is restocked every other day with a bottle of water, two soft drinks, and two beers (2DB).
Optionally also bookable as a double room for single use (1DB) or for three people (2 adults and 1 child) with an additional sofa bed (190x90 cm) for the third person (3DB).
When booking for four people (2 adults and 2 children), the rooms are slightly larger (BA4) and additionally equipped with a bunk bed (190x90 cm).

American breakfast buffet with show cooking from 7:00 am – 10:00 am as well as a late continental breakfast from 10:00 am – 10:30 am. Various coffee specialties, hot chocolate, and teas, as well as milk, water, and juices, are offered at breakfast (self-service).
The lunch buffet is open from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm. From 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, a selection of snacks, cookies, and cakes is offered at the snack bar.
For dinner from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm, international and local dishes are available at the varied buffet, including show cooking.
At lunch and dinner, water (sparkling/soda water and still water), soft drinks (Cola, Cola Light or Zero, orange and lemon soda), various juices (concentrated), beer, and house wine (red/white) are available.
A microwave and a spice station are available in the restaurant.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.
Additionally, drinks at the pool and beach bar are included from 10:00 am – 11:00 pm. Self-service from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm at the pool bar (plastic glasses) and from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm at the beach bar (plastic glasses).
Included are water (sparkling/soda water and still water), soft drinks (Cola, Cola Light or Cola Zero, orange and lemon soda), various juices (concentrated), coffee (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, Greek coffee, Frappé), tea (at least 3 different varieties), hot chocolate, draft beer, house wine (red/white), Ouzo, brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, as well as selected cocktails.

Climate resilience fee notice

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season April 1 – October 31:
