The 5-star I-Resort Beach Hotel & Spa is located in the popular holiday resort of Stalis, in the north of Crete. The hotel complex is situated directly on the sea with its own sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities, as well as a bus stop, are nearby. Heraklion Airport is approximately 35 km away.

The modern hotel has 227 rooms spread across several buildings and offers an elegant lobby with a 24-hour reception and a lobby bar. The resort has 4 lifts, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee, reservation required). The well-maintained outdoor area features an amphitheater and 2 freshwater swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool. The pool/snack bar is also located on the sun terrace. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pools and on the beach. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

The double rooms, decorated with silver accents, feature a massage shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, 40'' LED TV, mini-fridge (filled with soft drinks on arrival, included), minibar (on request, for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Nespresso coffee machine (4 capsules included on arrival), and a balcony (DA).
Optionally available with a side sea view at an extra charge (DMS/DIS).

Junior Suite Silver

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a jet shower system with high-quality toiletries, consist of a combined living/sleeping area, and are more spacious (JS2). Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Family Room Silver 2 Bedrooms

Renovated in 2023, these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus an additional separate bedroom with two single beds (2FZ).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM) and lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) or dinner (6:30 PM - 9:15 PM) served buffet-style in the "Joy" main restaurant.
Continental early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7:30 AM, available on request 24 hours in advance) and continental late breakfast (10 AM - 11 AM, available on request 24 hours in advance).
Drinks are not included with lunch/dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request. Please contact the reception on-site.

American breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:15 PM) served buffet-style in the main restaurant. There are 4 theme nights per week.
Soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee/tea, beer, and house wine (red and white) are served during lunch and dinner.
Continental early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7:30 AM, available on request 24 hours in advance) and late riser breakfast (10 AM - 11 AM, available on request 24 hours in advance) served buffet-style.
From 11 AM to 2:30 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM, various cold snacks, as well as ice cream and cake, are offered in the snack and pool bar for lighter hunger.
Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee/tea, beer, house wine, raki, brandy, ouzo, long drinks, cocktails, and international spirits (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey) are included from 10 AM to 12 AM at the respective open bar.
Once per stay, dinner at the "Salty" à la carte snack restaurant is included (menu selection, reservation required) (A).

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1st, 2025.
