The hotel complex is located in the 2nd row to the long, fine sandy beach, which can be reached via a road in approx. 100m. Numerous restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The popular resort of Malia, with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities and popular beach bars, is approx. 2 km away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 32 km away.

The elegantly designed adults-only hotel (16+ years) has a total of 177 rooms spread across several buildings. Amenities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, lounge, elevator, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), main restaurant with outdoor terrace, à la carte restaurant "Elia" on the roof terrace with panoramic views (Mediterranean cuisine), Kafenion (Greek snacks), lounge bar. In the well-kept outdoor area, surrounded by beautiful gardens, there are 3 swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and at the public beach for a fee. Bath towels are provided free of charge. Parking is available at the hotel subject to availability.

The rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, minibar (filled on arrival day, then for a fee; filled on arrival day with 1 bottle of water (self-refill at water stations possible), 2 soft drinks, 1 can of beer, then for a fee), individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, safe (included) and balcony or terrace (DSU).

Suite

Are more spacious than the Superior double rooms (small living room and separate bedroom) and also have bathrobes and slippers, a Nespresso machine, and the minibar is replenished daily (water bottle for self-refill at water stations) (S2).

Double Room Superior with private pool

The Superior double rooms can be booked with a private pool for an additional charge (U2P).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Careful behavior and special attention are requested when using this area.

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2 pm) and dinner (6:30-9 pm) served as a buffet with show cooking. Theme nights once a week in the main restaurant. Late riser breakfast until 11 am at the pool bar. Dinner can also be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant (once a week, reservation required).
Snacks at the pool bar from 10 am to 5 pm, from 12:30 pm to 2 pm also Greek snacks like Gyros.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, ouzo, raki, vodka, rum, gin, brandy, liqueur, some selected cocktails) from 10 am to midnight at the bar that is open.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
