Location

The small adults-only Hotel Marlena, which welcomes guests aged 16 and over, is located in Stalis, only approx. 350 m from the sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Heraklion Airport is approx. 32 km away.

Facilities

The family-run hotel with 32 rooms has a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, internet corner, luggage room, bar, and buffet restaurant. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, as well as loungers and sun umbrellas. The use of loungers and sun umbrellas is free of charge by the pool, and for a fee on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

The single rooms are slightly smaller than the double rooms with otherwise identical amenities and do not have a balcony (E).

Double room Type A

The double rooms Type A, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, have an open gallery with sleeping space for a 3rd person (DA).

Note for climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
