Location

This comfortable beach hotel, popular with German-speaking guests, is located just a few meters from the pebble beach. The harbor of the fishing village of Sissi with its numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a small bay, are about 100 meters away. Heraklion Airport can be reached in about 45 km.

Facilities

The stylishly designed hotel complex comprises a total of 134 rooms spread across eleven individual buildings. Nestled in a beautifully landscaped, spacious, and blooming garden, the complex presents itself in a particularly quiet and relaxed setting. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, rental safes, and an elevator. The buffet restaurant "Tholos" offers Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. A spacious indoor area, show cooking, and an idyllic outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and sea complete the offerings. This is complemented by an à la carte taverna by the pool. Additionally, there is a hotel bar, a spacious main pool, and another smaller pool. Towels can be rented for a fee. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Double room

The double rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a large balcony or terrace (D). Also available as a single room (DE). Optionally bookable as a Super Saver room (SSZ, Run of House) or with a sea view for an extra charge (DM).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a large balcony or terrace. They are more spacious and modernly designed than the standard double rooms (DSU). Optionally available with a sea view for an extra charge (DMU).

Family room

The family rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a large balcony or terrace. They consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate sleeping area divided by a sliding door (DF2).

Breakfast (7-10 AM) and dinner (6:30–9 PM) served buffet-style. Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs are available upon request. Drinks are not included with dinner. An early bird breakfast is available with advance reservation the day before.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
