Location

The complex is a favorite among German-speaking guests and is situated directly by the sea. The harbor of the fishing village Sissi and a small bay are about 100m away. Heraklion Airport is approximately 45 km away.

Facilities

The hotel complex consists of 11 individual buildings set within a magnificent, spacious, and beautifully blooming garden, offering a tranquil location. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, rental safes, Wi-Fi at the reception and main bar (included), a restaurant with a spacious indoor area (non-smoking) and a beautifully located outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, a poolside taverna/snackbar serving homemade products, a hotel bar, a main pool, and an additional smaller pool.

Double Room

Equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (included for Schauinsland-Reisen guests), refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), and a large balcony or terrace (D).
Also available as Super Saver Rooms (SSZ, Run of House) or at an additional charge with sea view (DM).

Single Room

Single rooms are double rooms for single use (DE).

Double Room Superior

Similar to the double rooms, but more spacious and modern (DSU).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family room consists of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom area divided by a sliding door (DF2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room starting January 1, 2025.
