Location

This comfortable beach hotel, popular with German-speaking guests, is located just a few meters from the pebble beach.
The harbor of the fishing village of Sissi, with its numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a bathing cove, are approximately 100 m away. Heraklion airport can be reached in about 45 km.

Facilities

The stylishly designed hotel complex comprises a total of 134 rooms spread across eleven individual buildings. Nestled in a beautifully landscaped, spacious, and flowering garden, the property presents itself in a particularly quiet and relaxed setting.
Amenities include a 24-hour reception, rental safes, and an elevator. The "Tholos" buffet restaurant offers Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. A spacious interior, show cooking, and an idyllic outdoor terrace with views of the pool and the sea complete the offer. This is complemented by an à la carte tavern by the pool.
Furthermore, there is a hotel bar, a large main pool, and another, smaller pool available. Bath towels can be rented for a fee. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Double Room

The double rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a large balcony or terrace (D).
Also bookable as a double room for single use (DE).
Optionally bookable as a Super Saver Room (SSZ, Run of House) or with a sea view for an additional charge (DM).

Double Room Superior

The Superior double rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a large balcony or terrace. They are more spacious and modern in design than the double rooms (DSU).
Optionally bookable with a sea view for an additional charge (DMU/DIM, bookable until summer 2026). Alternatively, bookable as a Seafront Room for an additional charge (RF2, bookable from summer 2027).

Family Room

The family rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a large balcony or terrace. They consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate sleeping area divided by a sliding door (DF2).

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.) and dinner (6:30 p.m.–9 p.m.) in buffet style.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs are available upon request.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
An early-bird breakfast is possible with registration on the previous day.

Note regarding Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
