The property, popular with many regular guests, is located directly on the sand/pebble beach in Adelianos Kampos. A supermarket, as well as bars and restaurants, can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The town of Rethymnon, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 5 km away; Heraklion Airport is approx. 80 km away and Chania Airport is approx. 72 km away.

In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool. These renovated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, flatscreen satellite TV, telephone, radio, air conditioning (included), mini-fridge, and balcony (DSU).
Available optionally for single use (DSE), with partial sea view (D2S), or as a Triple Superior (D3S).

Double Room Deluxe

Equipped with the same amenities as the Double Room Superior but featuring a sea view (DD2).

Information regarding Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season (April 1 – October 31):
1-2 Star Category: 2 Euro
3 Star Category: 5 Euro
4 Star Category: 10 Euro
5 Star Category: 15 Euro
For stays during low season (November 1 – March 31):
