The Jo An Beach Hotel is located directly on the sandy/pebble beach of Adele and is only approx. 5.5 km from the town center of Rethymnon. It is approx. 80 km to Heraklion airport and approx. 75 km to Chania airport.

The beautiful complex, partially renovated in 2024, consists of 147 rooms spread across several two-story buildings. It features a 24-hour reception with a lobby and luggage storage (for a fee), a main bar, and a main restaurant with a terrace. The outdoor area includes two freshwater swimming pools with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and the beach bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a fee.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Double Room

The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, rental safe, 21'' plasma satellite TV, refrigerator, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available to book as a Super Saver Room (SSZ), as a Double Room for single use (DE), or with side sea view (DMS).

Superior Double Room

Feature the same amenities as the standard double rooms, but were renovated in 2024 and additionally offer a 45" satellite TV (DSU).
Optionally available with a side sea view for an additional charge (D2S).

Family Room

Feature the same amenities as double rooms with a separate living/bedroom (DF2).
Optionally available for an extra charge as a combination of a living/sleeping room with an additional bathroom/WC and two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (2FZ).

Maisonette 2 Bedroom

Feature the same amenities as the Comfort double rooms, with a living room and a bedroom on the ground floor with a connecting door, and an additional bedroom with a bathroom/WC on the upper floor in an open maisonette style (MN3).

Continental breakfast buffet from 7:30-10 a.m. and dinner buffet from 6:30-9 p.m.
Optionally, lunch from 12:30-2 p.m. can be taken instead of dinner, also served in buffet style.

Continental breakfast buffet (7:30-10 a.m.) as well as lunch (12:30-2 p.m.) and dinner (6:30-9 p.m.) also in buffet style.
Coffee, tea, and cake are offered from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as ice cream and snacks from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, draft beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, Greek brandy, long drinks, and non-alcoholic cocktails are included from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
