The comfortable double rooms (D) are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, as well as an additional single bed (sofa bed). Bungalow

The spacious rooms are designed in a Mediterranean style and are located in the garden area, on the ground or first floor. They have a balcony or terrace with garden view (BG2).
Alternatively, these can be booked with side sea view (BM2) or direct sea view (B2M).

Double Room Panoramic Sea View

The stylishly designed double rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the standard double rooms, are located in the main building on the fourth floor and impress with their elevated position and the resulting panoramic sea view (K2Q).

Family Bungalow

The modern bathroom features two sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower cubicle. Toiletries, a bathrobe, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror are also provided. The large, family-friendly bungalows are located on the ground floor of the quiet garden area. Certain units have two separate bedrooms with sliding doors (FB2).

Family Bungalow Superior

The large, family-friendly bungalows are located on the ground or first floor of the quiet garden area. The bathroom has a sink and a bathtub. The bungalow features a combined living-bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single sofa beds (BSF).

Maisonette

The maisonette apartments are located in the resort's garden area and span two levels, with access on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the upper floor. Two bathrooms are available. The first bathroom has a sink and a bathtub, while the second room has a sink and a shower. Designed in the style of traditional village bungalows, the maisonettes have been tastefully modernized, offering a pleasant blend of comfort and atmosphere. The main bedroom with a four-poster double bed is on the ground floor, while a staircase leads to the separate children's sleeping area with two bunk beds. The open design allows visual contact between the levels (M2).

Family Bungalow Deluxe with Balcony

The Deluxe Family Bungalows with balcony are located in the resort's garden area. The rooms are on the first floor of the complex, offering a beautiful view of the blooming Mediterranean gardens. The bungalow has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Amenities include a double bed and two sofa beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink; one has a bathtub, and the other has a shower (2BF).

The Junior Bungalow Suite is located on the first row of the beach and offers a direct sea view from the balcony or terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (WF2).

The Penthouse Junior Suite is located on the top floor of the main building and offers a fantastic panoramic sea view. It features a king-size bed and a luxurious marble bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub. The approximately 9 sqm balcony provides ample space for relaxation with an impressive view of the sea and surroundings (S2M).

Family Bungalow Suite Palace

The spacious Palace Bungalow Suites with two separate bedrooms are located in the quiet garden area and extend over the ground floor and the first floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, while the living area has two single beds or an alternative double bed. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the other with a bathtub (BDF).

Half Board

The hotel offers a carefully curated half-board concept with a wide selection of dishes and flavors, served at the rich breakfast and dinner buffets in the main Labyrinth Atrium restaurant or at a choice of à la carte restaurants with a credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child (reservation required). Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

LUXME All Inclusive

Grecotel Creta Palace offers an extensive culinary experience with 10 unique restaurants and bars.
The "Labyrinth," the main restaurant, serves abundant buffets, show cooking, and local specialties from Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. A children's menu is also available from 11 AM to 5 PM.
The "Barbarossa" offers seafood and Mediterranean à la carte dishes from 7 PM to 11 PM with a stunning sea view. Reservations are required.
At "Ariadne," enjoy Italian delicacies directly by the pool from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Reservations are required.
The Zeus and Amalthia Sky Bar offers fine dining and cocktails with breathtaking panoramic views from 7 PM to 11:30 PM. Reservations are required.
Located in the heart of the resort, the Brasserie Princess Ariadne serves snacks, salads, and family-friendly menus from 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
The small Kafenion "The Beautiful Hellas" offers authentic drinks such as Ouzo and Raki, as well as coffee and tea, served in a traditional style from 6 PM to 10 PM.
The "Talos Lobby Bar" invites guests to relax indoors or on the terrace from 10 AM to 12 AM.
At the Caretta-Caretta Beach Bar, enjoy light snacks and refreshments directly on the beach from 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
An additional highlight is the "Agreco Farm Taverna," owned by Grecotel founder Nikos Daskalantonakis, which primarily uses Cretan organic products. Open daily from April to October from 10 AM to 6 PM. Guided tours and dinner are available daily from 6:30 PM (reservations required).
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, as well as vegan and organic wines, are available in all restaurants.

The Grecotel Kids Club offers age-appropriate programs for children and teenagers aged 4-17, 6 times a week, with plenty of variety.

GrecoJuniors (7-12 years): Discovery adventures, sports, parties, and creative crafts.

Destination Information Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
