This exclusive luxury resort on the north coast of Crete features 264 rooms and suites decorated in an elegant, Mediterranean style. The family apartment is specially designed for the needs of families and offers plenty of space as well as a thoughtful layout for relaxed vacation days. Particularly noteworthy are the two separate, fully furnished balconies, which offer a dreamlike view of the sea. Large glass window doors flood the rooms with natural light. Grand family suite sea view

The thoughtfully designed grand family suites are located on the ground floor, second, or third floor of the Palace wing. These offer plenty of space and privacy for a relaxed stay.
With two master bedrooms as well as a living room, the room is ideal for the whole family. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed, two additional single beds, and a sofa bed. For optimal comfort, these suites are equipped with two bathrooms, two sinks, a bathtub, and two separate shower cabins. The modern room is located directly by the sea (ZM2).

Junior suite sea view

With their spacious and airy design, the open-plan junior suites with views of the sea invite couples to enjoy relaxing vacation moments. The suites, which are located in all areas on the first or second floor of the hotel, offer a covered balcony and a bathroom (J2M).

This generously designed villa on the ground floor of the White or Palace wing is an exclusive retreat that offers privacy, space, and sea views at the highest level. With an elegant master bedroom, a separate living area, a fully equipped bathroom, and a second WC, it is ideal for couples or families who want to relax in style.
The landscaped outdoor area with a veranda and garden offers sun loungers, a parasol, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The glass doors connect indoor and outdoor areas fluidly and grant an undisturbed view of the sea.

The "LUXME- Luxury Made Easy” LUXURY ALL-INCLUSIVE includes a first-class selection of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability, reservation required) and the buffet restaurants. In addition, delicious snacks can be eaten at certain times in the patisserie-chocolaterie and by the pool. Unlimited drinks from a large selection of premium brands, selected wines, refreshing cocktails, and juices are also included.
LUXME All-Inclusive is valid in all available restaurants and bars and does not apply to in-room dining.
All restaurants offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes.

The hotel spoils its guests with an extensive culinary offer as part of the All-Inclusive concept. The day starts with a rich breakfast buffet. At lunch, guests can expect a varied buffet or various à la carte dishes—also available as a packed lunch upon request. In the evening, the hotel invites guests to enjoy gourmet buffets, à-la-carte menus, and regularly held theme nights.
Intermediate meals such as snacks, cakes, pastries, and ice cream are available free of charge during the day. For late hunger, a midnight snack is ready. Wine lovers can also look forward to free wine tastings.
The hotel offers a total of seven restaurants serving international and local cuisine at the highest level.
The main restaurant "Ventanas Il Mar Live Show Cooking" offers international buffets with live cooking stations. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes as well as light meals are also offered. A reservation is not required. High chairs are available for children, and appropriate attire is requested.
The gourmet restaurant "The White Restaurant" (ages 12+) serves French, Greek, and Italian menus in a stylish atmosphere several times a week (reservation required).
In "Tavernaki," guests experience authentic Greek and regional specialties directly on the beach. Gluten-free dishes as well as children's, vegetarian, and vegan menus are also available here (weather-dependent, open several times a week, reservation necessary).
Italian flair is offered by the "Fico D'India Italian Restaurant" with a pool terrace—open daily, à la carte with a focus on Mediterranean specialties. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are also available here.
Asian fusion cuisine in an elegant setting is offered by the specialty restaurant "ASIA WHITE," while the "Agreco Farms Taverna" impresses with organic ingredients and Greek specialties in a rural atmosphere (April to November, weather-dependent). Both restaurants offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free alternatives (reservation required).
Another highlight is the exclusive "Lobsteria," which scores with seafood specialties from July to September (weather-dependent, reservation required).
For those with a sweet tooth, the "Patisserie & Chocolaterie" is open in the evening—here, sweet temptations are offered in a stylish setting. During the day, the "Crêperie – Gelateria" offers refreshing ice cream and fresh crêpes.
The "Sunset Lounge Bar" in the lobby serves a wide selection of drinks all day in an elegant atmosphere. Bars are also available by the pools as well as on the beach.
The "Fico di India Pool/Restaurant-Bar" as well as the "Family Activity Poolbar" invite you to relax.
In the beach club "Long Beach Bar," guests enjoy refreshing cocktails—included with All Inclusive. Night owls get their money's worth at the "Late Night" snack bar.

E-bikes can be rented on-site for a fee.
The water sports center on the main beach offers the possibility to rent banana boats, Crazy Sofa, water skiing, and JetSkis. Diving courses are also offered. To complete the luxurious experience, yachts can also be rented on-site.

The hotel offers numerous daily entertainment options in the form of animation for young and old, a family disco, or a movie under the starry sky. Cooking classes and workshops also take place. The organic farm Agreco offers guided tours in the afternoon, which can be optimally combined with a dinner at the tavern (transfer not included).
