Location

The small complex is located above Plakias, on the outskirts of Myrthios, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the bay of Plakias. The natural beach of Plakias is approx. 1.5 km away from the hotel. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the vicinity. The distance to Chania Airport is approx. 100 km and to Heraklion Airport approx. 110 km.

Facilities

Hotel Stefanos Village is built in the traditional Cretan style with a total of 30 junior suites and suites spread across a 2-story main building and annexes. It features a reception (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) with a lobby, Wi-Fi (included), and a breakfast room with a terrace. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available for guests at the pool free of charge. At the public beach of Plakias, sun loungers and parasols are offered for a fee.

Destination information (Climate Resilience Tax)

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
