Location

The Costas & Chrysoula hotel is located approximately 150 m from the pebble beach. Situated in a quiet yet central position in the town center of Plakias, guests can easily reach various shopping and entertainment options on foot. The distance from Heraklion Airport to the hotel is approximately 116 km.

The cozy and small hotel complex consists of five small buildings (some 50-150 m from the main building) and features 35 guest rooms. The hotel, which is managed with great hospitality and a family atmosphere, offers guests a 16-hour reception with rental safes, a terrace, and a bar. Outside, there is a well-maintained garden and a freshwater swimming pool. Beach towels can be rented for a deposit. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Double room

The double rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, tiled floor, air conditioning (on request and for a fee), refrigerator, electric kettle, satellite TV, and balcony (D).
Optionally also bookable as a double room for single use (DE/DEA).
Also bookable as a type A double room with limited availability at a special price (DA).

Studio

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the studios feature a bathroom or shower/WC as well as a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator and balcony (S12).

Studio Superior

The spacious studios are equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed, offering plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Amenities include a generous kitchen and dining area with refrigerator, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, air conditioning, and a balcony.
Thanks to the additional space, these studios are particularly suitable for longer stays. They are located in our newly renovated "OURANOS" building, situated approximately 30–40 m from the pool and breakfast area (U2S).

Apartment Superior

The largest available accommodation category is ideal for families and guests planning a longer stay. Aside from the same amenities as the Superior Studio, the apartment offers a separate bedroom, additional sleeping options in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony or terrace.
The spacious layout creates a homely atmosphere that combines comfort and privacy. The apartment is located in our newly renovated building, approximately 30–40 meters from the pool and breakfast area (A2U).

2-Bedroom Apartment

Feature two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, with the same amenities as the studios (AB2).

Breakfast/Half-board

Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 AM as a buffet.
With booked half-board, dinner is additionally provided from 6:00 to 10:00 PM in the hotel's own tavern (starter and main course as well as dessert à la carte).
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Vegetarian dishes are available.

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
1-2 star local category: 2 euros
3-star local category: 5 euros
4-star local category: 10 euros
5-star local category: 15 euros
For stays in the low season (November 1 to March 31):
1-2 star local category: 0.50 euros
3-star local category: 1.50 euros
4-star local category: 3 euros
