The newly built and high-quality 5-star hotel with a total of 178 rooms and suites offers a 24-hour reception, a lobby, Wi-Fi, a main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (grill and Cretan cuisine, both for a fee), 3 bars, a wine cellar, an elevator, a satellite TV lounge, a spa area, a kids' club, various small shops, and a mini-market. Family Suite Sea View

Elite Suite SV Infinity Private Pool

The Elite Suites feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, a living/sleeping area (with sofa bed), a separate bedroom, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea maker, kettle, minibar (for a fee), telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, and a furnished terrace with a private pool and sea view (2ES).

Grand Villa

The villa, designed in a maisonette style, has the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, with a living/sleeping area and bathroom on the ground floor, an open bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor, and direct access to the furnished terrace (4 sun loungers) with a private pool and sea view (ZGP).
The Grand Villa private pool is not supervised. Please be particularly attentive to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

Royal Senses Villa Private Pool Sea View

In addition to the same amenities as the Grand Villa, these rooms have direct access to a private infinity pool, are slightly more spacious, and include additional amenities on the beach such as reserved sun loungers with sun protection, water, fruits, cold towels, and fruit juices or slushies (served daily) (ZVS).
The private pool is not supervised. Please be particularly attentive to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 11 AM) and, if Half Board is booked, dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant "GEA" with show cooking.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed for a fee in the à la carte restaurants "Mitato" or "Cretamos" (7 PM - 11 PM) or in the Pop-Up restaurant.
Children's menus, vegetarian dishes, and special diets are available upon request (locally).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
