The Odyssia Beach Hotel, located directly on a quiet pebble/sand beach, is situated in the district of Missiria and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The town center of Rethymnon is approximately 3 km away. There is a bus stop as well as several shops, tavernas, and bars near the hotel.
The lively town of Rethymnon is surrounded by imposing mountains and the endless Cretan Sea, with beautiful colors and friendly people.

The modern rooms are high-quality furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, mosquito net, air conditioning, safe for rent, refrigerator, telephone, iron with ironing board, 32" LED satellite TV, Coco-Mat mattresses, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI). The rooms can be located either in the semi-basement or on the upper floors (1st-3rd floor).
Also bookable as Type C with breakfast only (DC).
Optionally also available as a Comfort Superior economy room in the semi-basement (2US), for single use (DSE/DAE) as a single/child room (1DS), or for an extra charge with partial sea view (D2S).

The rooms are spacious and, in addition to the same features as the Superior double rooms, include a sofa or armchair, ceiling fan, hydromassage shower, safe, refrigerator, as well as bathroom toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers (DD2/D2I/DDB).

Comfort Double Room Superior Whirlpool

The modern rooms are high-quality furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, mosquito net, air conditioning, safe for rent, refrigerator, telephone, iron with ironing board, 32" LED satellite TV, Coco-Mat mattresses, and a terrace with a whirlpool (DAS).
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked in these room types.

With half board booked, dinner (6-9 PM) is also served in the renovated "Kirki Seaside" lounge bar/restaurant.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available upon request. The on-site reception will be happy to assist you with this.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.

Arrival by car

From Heraklion Airport, take the national road towards Heraklion/Rethymnon. Stay on this road for approx. 68 km. The main road leads down and then onto a straight section. Just before Rethymnon, on the right side, at the sign "Sfakaki", turn down and left onto the old national road. Continue straight ahead, past hotel complexes, until you reach the Creta Palace Hotel on the right. The Odyssia Hotel is located in a side street shortly after the Creta Palace.
